Full-stack Engineer
Senior-only crews of two to five. You'll own a wedge of a product end-to-end — auth, billing, the database schema, the React the customer touches, and the on-call rotation when it breaks at 2 a.m. We pick boring tech on purpose; we ship every week.
What you'll ship
- Lead the build of a product slice from kickoff to first paying customer
- Make architecture calls — data model, API surface, infra — and live with them
- Pair with designers and PMs from day one; reviews are blunt and fast
- Run on-call for the surface you ship; we don’t separate "build" from "operate"
What we're looking for
- 5+ years building production software, ideally on small teams
- Comfortable across the stack: TypeScript, Postgres, a modern web framework
- Have shipped something a real customer paid for, ideally as the only or primary engineer
- Bias to "smallest thing that works" over "right thing eventually"

AI Engineer
You'll build the agentic surfaces inside our products and our clients'. Briefs, drafts, triage, retrieval, model routing, evals. We care less about training, more about what the system does in production at 9pm on a Sunday when nobody is watching.
What you'll ship
- Design + ship agentic workflows that survive contact with real users
- Own the eval suite. Write the evals before the prompts
- Wire retrieval, model routing, cost guardrails, and observability
- Pair with engineering and product on the rest of the stack — agents are a slice, not the whole house
What we're looking for
- 3+ years software engineering, including production work with LLMs
- Have built and shipped at least one agent / RAG / structured-output system in production
- Comfortable with Python or TypeScript; can pick up the other in a week
- Strong opinions on evals, regression tests, and what "correct" means for a non-deterministic system

Enterprise Sales — AI & Custom Software
You'll sell the studio. Founders and operators with roadmaps bigger than their teams; CTOs who need a senior crew for eight weeks, not a staffing vendor for eighteen months. The deals are six- and seven-figure, the cycles are short by enterprise standards, and the product is whatever the customer actually needs.
What you'll ship
- Own the pipeline end-to-end — outbound, qualification, demos, scoping, close
- Translate a customer’s problem into a fixed-scope build the engineering team can ship in 8–12 weeks
- Build long-term relationships with founders, CTOs, and ops leaders across India and the UAE
- Feed insight back into product — what services should turn into reusable engines
What we're looking for
- 5+ years selling software / SaaS / services, ideally to founders or technical buyers
- Comfortable in a technical room — you don’t need to know how to write the code, but you need to know what good looks like
- Track record of closing deals where the product was partly being defined during the sale
- Strong written communication — every brief lives or dies on a one-page memo

Business Development & Account Executive
Half BD, half AE. You'll open new doors — partnerships, channel relationships, ecosystem deals — and close mid-market accounts on AlignAds and Align Content. Less cold-call sweatshop, more thoughtful, specific, written-first outreach. Operators who took a sales seat tend to do well here.
What you'll ship
- Build a partnerships motion: integrations, agencies, comms, ecosystem players
- Own a book of mid-market accounts on AlignAds + Align Content from first touch to expansion
- Run customer interviews; feed real signal back to the product teams
- Write — every channel we run is one good thread, post, or memo away from compounding
What we're looking for
- 3–6 years in BD, partnerships, or AE roles at a software company
- Strong written voice; interviews involve a writing exercise
- Comfortable owning a number and the activity that gets you there
- Bias to specific deals over impressive logos
